Wang Jiani is an Assistant Professor in the Department of History at Shanghai University and a researcher at the Center for Turkish Studies. She earned her Ph.D. in Political Science and International Relations from Shanghai International Studies University in 2017. From 2017 to 2019, she was a postdoctoral fellow at Fudan University. She was a visiting scholar at Duke University in 2015 and 2016, and an exchange fellow at Tel Aviv University from 2012 to 2013. Her research focuses on Turkish Studies, religion, and International Relations. She has published a book and several academic articles in various journals.

Bilguunzaya Luvsandandar is currently pursuing a master’s degree in political science at the College of Liberal Arts while also working as a research assistant at the Institute of Global Studies at Shanghai University. He is a native Mongolian speaker, and his field of study includes Mongolian politics and foreign policy.
